How we work
You know the price, the finish line and the measures before work starts.
We look at how the work runs today and decide together if it's a fit.
Scope, milestones, price, and the hours, errors or days we'll save.
Each milestone is tested on your real data; you pay the balance when it passes.
Documentation, a walkthrough, and your data whenever you want it.
We connect the tools you already use so data moves once, checked and logged.
One recurring job, start to finish: orders, documents, approvals, reminders.
Email, CRM, Asana, Microsoft 365 and QuickBooks passing data without retyping.
Counts and reorder points from QuickBooks and spreadsheets in one current view.
The weekly report assembled without anyone copying numbers.
Plain-English answers from your own records, with the source shown.
Oracle and PostgreSQL tuning, tested backups, upgrades and migrations.
We build around the products you already have. If automation isn't the right answer, the consultation will show it.
How we deliver
Automation touches your money and your customers, so it runs on your terms.
We replay your last 30 days of transactions and match every result before go-live.
In US data centers we manage, connected to the systems you already use.
Every job reports in; failures alert you with the reason.
Expired logins, outages and re-runs are handled, and nothing posts twice.
We sign your NDA, answer your security questionnaire and use two-factor, least-privilege access.
Anything that fails the agreed tests after sign-off is fixed at no charge.
Every action, on the record
Every action is recorded with who did it and when, and the record can't be edited after the fact.
Gloria Merritt says she never got the proposal. The record:
Each entry is sealed to the one before it, so nobody can quietly change what happened.
Try changing what happened:
Hash-chained and append-only: each entry's SHA-256 seal covers the entry and the seal before it. The check runs in your browser, right now.
Before you hire anyone
Ask any vendor these. Here are our answers.
The build is. Each automation is a fixed price, agreed in writing before work starts: half to begin, and the balance when it passes the acceptance tests you approved. Keeping it running is a monthly service (monitoring, fixes, small changes) at a fixed monthly fee, also quoted up front, with a six-month minimum.
Your records stay where they are today: QuickBooks, Microsoft 365, your CRM. The automations run on servers we manage in US data centers and connect to your systems with access you grant and can revoke. They keep only what each step needs, encrypted in transit and at rest, with backups. Before we start, you get a written list of every service that touches your data.
Only the people who build and support your automations, through two-factor sign-in with the least access needed, and every access is logged. The AI services we use are set so your data is never used to train them.
No. Every message and payment-related change waits for a named person on your team to approve it, and the approval is recorded.
You get a full export of your data, the documentation, and, if you want to run it yourselves, a hand-over of the automations you paid us to build, with a walkthrough for your IT.
Not without each client's signed consent; IRS rules require it (26 CFR 301.7216-3). We keep processing in the US.
